It's water soluble, comes in a quart bottle that you mix with tap water. You can use a stronger concentration, or use it diluted. It IS REUSABLE! Good for approx 5 tanks depending on severity. Sold by SUDCO. I found it at one of my local shops, for about $50. After cleaning, you may want to coat the bare metal with a sealer, but that's another question for the forum. The radiator shops seem to all have this, it coats the inside with a durable coat. I don't like the Kreeme kits. If not done 100% right, they flake off after a few years, allowing the rust and kreeme bits into the fuel system. You can shake ball bearings in there if you have the time.
